The large scale international projects are governed by several contributors and therefore by several contracts.

This environment leads sometimes some interest conflicts which are often delicate to manage because of the complexity of these projects (deliveries boundaries, responsibilities…).

The projects evolution requires sometimes the services adjustment and therefore the responsibilities adjustments. In the case of a pre-litigation or litigation, MESLI Consulting is present to assist you in the contractual documents analysis and to support you in decisions.

This service guides you in your defence strategy while providing you an objective outlook. The multicultural and multidisciplinary experiences of our employees allow the adaptation of our methods for projects.

Our role is to proceed to a dysfunctions analysis, to evaluate drifts in comparison with the baseline and the associated costs but also to evaluate the responsibilities of the opponent in the damages caused.
