This project will enable the Jeddah airport to get a capacity of 80 MPax in 2035. ADPI’s primary function was to plan, coordinate, design and engineering for the development of KAIA Phase 1. This includes the construction of a new terminal (30 MPax), 52 aprons, a transportation centre (train station, bus, subway for the city of Jeddah), a new air traffic control tower (130m), new access roads, load centres, data centres and 360 000 m² of parking for a complete platform area of 900 000 m².

MESLI Consulting was appointed by AREVA NC and EURIWARE to provide project scheduling services in the context of the PRIMAVERA software package deployment within AREVA NC.

MESLI Consulting provided:

- PRIMAVERA Software training for AREVA Planners and Project Controllers.

- PRIMAVERA expertise and technical accompaniment for the PRIMAVERA Software deployment.

This project aimed to improve the infrastructure of the high speed rail line in Marocco between Tangier and Kenitra and extended to Casablanca.

This project covers about 200 km stretch of track allowing a running speed of 320 km/hour. Studies and construction will use the high quality French referential. 

MESLI Consulting has to support INEXIA teams and the restructuration of a detailed planning during the project, the progress follow-up and to estimate the realized work. A cost control support is also leading to manage the cost estimation and cost control.

Construction project for two office buildings in Moscow, one is dedicated to harbor a tax administration called UMNS (Future ministry of finance), the other one is a business centre for lease or sale. The buildings are built on two levels of basement with parking and technical facilities. The infrastructure is split into two independent parts.

MESLI Consulting was responsible for the EPC of the TEMA business centre.

The AXA Tower becomes the CB31 Tower and earns 66m to culminate to 225m instead of 159m actually. The CB31 Tower project includes expansion and raising in spiral of the building. The CB31 Tower is going to overpass the Montparnasse Tower to become the highest skyscraper in France.

MESLI Consulting was appointed by BOUYGUES Construction to provide project scheduling services. Because of the multiplicity of contractors, MESLI Consulting was responsible for monitoring major interfaces of the project.

MESLI Consulting was appointed by OGER International to provide project management expertise including project scheduling with PRIMAVERA for more than 20 buildings, progress reporting and monitoring of sub-contract schedules then gathering of information to the master schedule. MESLI Consulting was also responsible for the project team management and collaborating in the most important decisions of the project.
