The Yposkesi project in Corbeil-Essonnes aims to provide the region with a state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical production center specializing in gene therapies.

The production capacity of this new facility will reach up to 1,000 liters in bioreactors, in order to meet the growing demand for innovative treatments.

Pharmaplan’s mission covered the technical engineering and overall coordination of the project, including the construction of a 5,000 m² production building, quality control laboratories, a logistics area, as well as technical and administrative support spaces. The entire facility is located on a site spanning more than 15,000 m².

MESLI Consulting was commissioned by Pharmaplan to manage and oversee the project throughout the construction phase, both from its Paris offices and on site. The mission was carried out in close collaboration with local teams and industrial partners.
