The project consists of carrying out the construction work for all trades on 7 ancillary structures located between the Créteil l’Echat station and the Villejuif Louis Aragon station of the Grand Paris Express line 15 South.

MESLI Consulting has been mandated by the FAYAT group (Urbaine de Travaux, Satelec, Darras et Jouanin) to carry out the OPC mission (Ordering, Control, and Coordination) by elaborating the planning of the studies, purchases, and works under PRIMAVERA as well as the follow-up of the progress, and more particularly for the study and work phases.

Description :

The project consists of carrying out HV-LV and fiber optic work on the entire Line 15 South, which runs from the Noisy-Champs station to the Pont de Sèvres station. The 33 kilometers of the line include 16 stations, 38 ancillary works, and 2 maintenance sites for the rolling stock.

MESLI Consulting is assisting the client in updating the work objectives with the support of detailed planning from the study phase to the commissioning of the line under Primavera P6 and monitoring the progress of the project.

Description : Support to the client in the tender phase for the formalization of the station planning in TCE and the launch of the planning of studies, purchases, and works in accordance with the contractual commitments defined by the contracting authority.. The tool used is Primavera P6, writing of the summary note.

Accompaniment of the client in the meetings with the project manager. A risk analysis was conducted based on pre-mitigation and post mitigation scenarios to verify the consistency of the contractual milestones using Primavera Risk Analysis. The tender was successfully received by the project owner.

AXA TOWER (PARIS, LA DÉFENSE)

Description: the AXA tower becomes the CB31 tower and gains 66 m to culminate at 225 m instead of the current 159 m. The CB31 tower project consists of extending the building in a spiral. The CB31 tower is about to surpass the Montparnasse tower to become the highest skyscraper in France.

MESLI CONSULTING was contacted by BOUYGUES Construction for our project planning service. Due to the large number of actors, MESLI CONSULTING was also responsible for the management of the main project interfaces.

KING ABDULLAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Description: the construction of KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), including 64 housing buildings, 7 civic buildings (Yacht Club, gallery, bank, library, theater, waste treatment plant), villas, 21 research buildings, the oceanic research center (Morc), a mosque, a fire station, a clinic, a service station, a supermarket, a golf club, a tennis club, schools, office buildings and other facilities for a total surface area of 630 000 m2.

MESLI CONSULTING was contacted by Oger International for our expertise in project management, notably for our project planning experience with PRIMAVERA for more than 20 buildings, the production of progress reports, monitoring the subcontractors’ plans, and the compilation of the master plan.

MESLI CONSULTING was also responsible for all the planners and participated in key decisions for the project.
